Our Hours

By appointment. 

Should you need food or a prescription refill, please call ahead and we will be happy to get it ready in advance.   This will avoid wait times and ensure we have the product in stock.

After hours: Should you have an emergency outside of regular office hours, simply call the clinic phone # (519) 396-2071 and our answering service will take your call.  They will then page the doctor on call, who will promptly call you back. 

*Please note that emergency care is a service we are happy to provide our clients and out of town visitors.  If you take your pet to another local clinic, it is best to contact them as they know your pet best and have a history in file.*
