Lab Area

This is one area the technicians keep busy.  Here we process and analyse blood samples, cytolgy slides and urine.  Urine and blood are spun down using the centrifuge seen on the right.  The equipment on the center of the desk is used for doing Complete Blood Counts (CBC) and chemistry profiles (to check liver, kidney and other organ function).  The microscope seen on the far left is used to examine blood films and cytology slides.
